How can I reactivate my Stylist account?

To reactivate an account that has been deactivated for less than 6 months, please log in to your Virtual Office at www.colorstreet.com. Once logged in, you will be guided through the reactivation process. 

Please review sections 3c & 3d of our Policies & Procedures for important details in regard to reactivation before beginning the process.

Below you will find a preview of the info available in our P & P Handbook:

Your Date of Deactivation is less than 6 months ago:

  • $25 Reactivation fee
  • The Stylist must reactivate with the same enroller and sponsor.
  • Their original Enrollment Date does not change, and reactivated Stylists will not have the opportunity to earn Jump Start Rewards as a new Stylist. On their file, Reactivated Stylists will have an original Enrollment Date and the latest Reactivation Date.
  • The Reactivated Stylist will not be able to purchase a Starter Kit.
  • The Reactivated Stylist does not count as a recruit for the enroller.
  • Stylists may only reactivate three times.
