Log in to your account and click on Product Credit under the My Account section.
If you would like to use your Product Credit, check the "I would like to use my Product Credits for this order" checkbox on the payment page during the VO checkout process. 1 2 3
1. Product Credit cannot be combined with PayPal.
2. Product Credit expires 12 months from the day credited.
3. Cannot be used to purchase awareness shades or certain other items. Please refer to each collection’s terms and conditions, as limitations vary.
