You can edit your account information on the Account Settings page in your Virtual Office. If you're on a computer, click on your name at the top right and click the Settings button. If you're on a mobile device, tap on the Menu button at the top right, then go to Account > Account Settings. Once on the Account Settings page, click Edit on the information you would like to change.
For sensitive information that you cannot edit yourself, such as your name, birthdate, or social security number, please reach out to our Customer Support team.
